The 100th game of State of Origin football was a special moment in rugby league history. For the first time at the stadium, lights, sounds, projections and pyrotechnics were integrated to create a pre-game highlight moment. Skylighter Fireworks were asked to provide the punctuation point to the video package with a display from the roof encompassing the colours of the opposing teams. Skylighter used our own specially designed rooftop equipment and rigging crew to deliver a safe and efficient install. The final product was referred to by the client as “the most spectacular and moving sports presentation moment in the last 10 years”!
